For Career and Life Coaching, Sarah Fraser supports and refers to colleagues who are appropriately accredited with organisations such as the Institute of Health Management, the International Coach Federation and other similar bodies. Coaches who belong to these institutions maintain set standards including regular supervision.

Sarah herself has chosen not to follow the path of formal coaching. However, in exceptional circumstance, she supports and enables individual clinicians over short periods of time demonstrate effectiveness in their managerial and improvement work. For Project Team/Project Leader Coaching then Sarah can provide you with a flexible intervention strategy, working with individuals and teams to help them deliver the project goals they have designed.

Large Scale Change Coaching is an area of specific expertise and Sarah is currently a coach with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement’s Academy for Large Scale Change www.institute.nhs.uk/academy .
