Assessments
We can carry out assessments for individuals and/or teams using the following tools. Whether you require a simple feedback process, ongoing coaching or in-depth team and Board development work using any of these we can provide you with some flexible options.
We have chosen to use only validated, reliable and generalisable tools as we believe proven questionnaires provide the best results.
Many of these questionnaires can be carried out online (we use http://www.opp.eu.com/Home.aspx) and we are able to provide feedback by telephone, though face-to-face is often preferable.

| The most widely used personality assessment, this questionnaire can be used for coaching leaders, project leaders and developing teams and Boards. Our specific interest is in using MBTI® to depth and in helping individuals and teams improve their influencing and communication skills. We are also able to run in-house development programs using MBTI® to support change and teambuilding. |
