Did you know that the average daily rate of an NHS middle to senior manager, when taking pension, holiday and other overheads into account, is between £450 and £800 per day.

We have three levels of Associate:
Principal Consultant (10+ years healthcare / CQI / coaching consulting experience, international experience, recognised specific expertise, published books/papers on relevant topics)

Senior Consultant (10+ years healthcare / CQI / coaching experience of which most of it in a consulting role, some international exposure, generic expertise with a growing specialism) Consultant (10+ years healthcare / CQI / coaching experience which may or may not include consulting experience, generic expertise)

When you contract with an Associates through Sarah Fraser & Associates, daily rates will differ according to whether you require travel expenses to be included and the number of days you commit to, and whether these days are firm bookings. The firmer the booking, the lower the rate. Associates differ in that some have a higher rate for multiple days and others a lower rate (the higher rate for multiple days is usual for highly specialised and in demand consultants).

Principal Consultant: £1250 – 1650 / day
Senior Consultant: £650 - £1350 / day
Consultant: £350 - £750 / day
