Sarah is well known in healthcare for her work on how good practice spreads, how improvements can be made at practitioner level and how organisations and teams can best work together. She is in demand as a speaker and workshop presenter, and has written numerous papers, articles and guides around the topics of the spread of better practice, complex systems, culture and behaviour in organisations, breakthrough collaboratives and various improvement methodologies such as TQM, and Lean.
Sarah is a published author with a range of titles available from most online bookstores. She is currently working on a number of fiction projects, to complement the healthcare business related non-fiction already available.
As an independent consultant Sarah spends much of her time working with large-scale improvement initiatives in the USA and UK as well as in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Canada. Her portfolio of work covers both project work as well as giving presentations and running interactive development sessions. She has been a Visiting Professor at Middlesex University (London).

Michaela is a skilled social marketing professional with experience in practical implementation and has the skills to support and coach others, including delivering training in techniques and methodology.
Michaela’s range of skills and experiences have been gained over a 25-year career in both the private and public sector. She has postgraduate qualifications marketing and Public Relations. She is trained in quality improvement tools and techniques, PRINCE2 and MSP. She has a passion and experience for ensuring real engagement and involvement of patients and the public in change and improvements.
For the last 11 years Michaela has undertaken roles at all levels of the NHS PCTs, in regional and national levels, including at the Department of Health.

Russell is an experienced consultant with a broad knowledge of change management, supporting others to learn, develop and implement service improvements. His expertise is grounded in 18 years practical clinical and managerial experience within the NHS and 10 years as an independent consultant. He has developed a specialist knowledge and interest in the development of teams in a service improvement environment and the development of coaching skills in others. He has provided training, development, coaching and recruitment support to many of the leading National improvement programmes since 2001. He is dedicated to building skills and capability in others to deliver high quality services and strives to find a balance between this and working on real projects.
