Fraser is committed to the Institute of Healthcare Management Code
of Conduct which outlines the expectations for how its members are
expected to keep up to date.
- Continuing Professional Development can come from
- Workplace experience; such as projects and consultancy work
- Structured learning; courses, seminars, workshops
- Self directed learning; such as reading, research etc
- Environment; voluntary work, secondments, presentations etc
Sarah Fraser & Associates Ltd, as a company, makes available the
time and financial resources to ensure all staff members are able to
seek out their desired CPD.
We feel it is important for you to know how Sarah Fraser keeps her
skills up to date and ensures and assures her continuous learning process.
- Workplace experience; assignments are chosen to build on strengths
as well as, at times, to enable some personal research and development.
Reflective notes are kept.
- Self Directed learning; an avid reader, Sarah gets through 30 – 50
new books per year; she also accesses online e-learning courses
- Voluntary work; the company commits to 5 – 10 donated/voluntary
days per year and in a ddition, Sarah participates in a number
