Sarah is currently undergoing full training to receive the appropriate accreditation for the administering and debriefing of assessment tools. We believe this certification is important in demonstrating not only the competence of the practitioner using the tools, but also in the use of instruments with proven reliability and validity.
By December 2008 a full range of assessments will be available and these will cover:
- Personality: methods of predicting how someone will typically behave
- Ability: measuring aptitudes and potential for performance such as solving problems and reasoning
- Career interests: help identify types of work to which someone would be suited
- 360-degree feedback: feedback on an individual’s performance from a range of sources
