We can carry out assessments for individuals and/or teams using the following tools. Whether you require a simple feedback process, ongoing coaching or in-depth team and Board development work using any of these we can provide you with some flexible options.
We have chosen to use only validated, reliable and generalisable tools as we believe proven questionnaires provide the best results.
Many of these questionnaires can be carried out online (we use http://www.opp.eu.com/Home.aspx) and we are able to provide feedback by telephone, though face-to-face is often preferable.
Sarah Fraser is trained to the British Psychological Society; Level B Plus Intermediate and this includes administering the tests identified below as well as a number of others not listed.
